Cancellations made more than 45 days before the start date of the service will receive a 25% refund or a full credit for future use without an expiration date.
Cancellations made within 45 days of the start date will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee (or full down payment).
Please note that any applicable refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
